Job Description: BUSINESS IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL
Are you an experienced business immigration paralegal wanting to work remotely for a Bay Area-based growing, stable boutique firm that is a great place to work and genuinely believes in live/work balance? If so, this boutique, 20+ employee, seven attorney business immigration law firm is seeking two paralegals with 2-5 years of business immigration experience (ideally NIV and IV) who enjoy a collaborative, calm, fun work environment with smart and interesting co-workers.
Paralegals work independently yet collaboratively. You can choose the type of cases you work on – cross-training is highly encouraged. Attorneys are described as more hands-off than hands-on. This firm works with a variety of high-profile enterprise and startup companies, including significant work in eSports/gaming (P-1 visas).

Job Requirements: - To be successful in this role you must be a highly accountable, organized individual who considers client service a priority; you are also diligent with keen attention to detail and desire to build a career as a paralegal
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree; and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Large or medium-size firm experience required
- Please be prepared to provide a relevant writing sample
