Additional Compensation: Unlimited Compensation Potential. Renumeration (bonuses) / % of Total Firm’s Production / Advisor Production: New Agent Fees, Development Bonus, Wealth Grid Overrides / Retirement: DASIP, Management ARP, Valuation Earnout.
Personal Production Enhancement: Quality Incentive, New Client Bonus, Production Allowance
