Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Services professional. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to various departments, and enhancing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Answer phones.
  • Dispatching technicians.
  • Provide administrative support to staff by preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience scheduling and dispatching technicians for repairs.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role in the repair industry is preferred.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer support and maintain professional relationships.

Hours:

  • Mon-Fri 7:00AM to 4:00 PM
  • Weekends as needed in rotation with other employees.
