Job Description: The primary duties of the Digital Marketing Specialist will be to create and execute a marketing program for sales of industrial equipment.
- Research advertising trends.
- Research competitors’ marketing and products.
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
- Determine what content will reach customers.
- Develop projects to create content.
- Publish digital marketing content online.
- Implement email marketing campaigns.
- Measure digital traffic.
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor project status and budget.
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
- Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
- Update website pictures and text as needed.
- Make electronic and print brochures.
- Take pictures of manufactured equipment.
- Coordinate 2/4 tradeshows per year.
- Write and send press releases approximately every other month.
- Design and procure promotional items.
- Manage, select and coordinate with website design, hosts, and other service providers.

Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in this field (minimum 4 years).
- Experience designing marketing materials.
- Proven track record developing digital marketing plan using SEO, etc. with at least 4 years of experience.
- Good Work Ethic.
