We have an immediate opening in our client's litigation department for an Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of labor law and employment litigation experience. The firm offers a congenial environment and an excellent benefit and compensation package.
Ideal applicant will have counseled clients and litigated employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts, responded to administrative charges, and be familiar with ERISA, NLRB, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance and measurable results with exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
