SUMMARY:
The COO will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives, assist in compiling the company's budget and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock, assist in compiling financial reports, while ensuring financial policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented.  Also, team up with management to implement business strategies.  Successful candidate should have a clear understanding of our company’s core values and culture, be an exemplary leader, have superb business acumen and a sound understanding of business strategies. Must be able to step in and assist the President in the growth of the company operations but also lead in their absence.
