Duties

- Manage warehouse distribution operations with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for materials handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for orders and shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor shipping & receiving activities to optimize workflow and reduce errors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity through process optimization.

- Strong understanding of heavy lifting procedures, shipping & receiving processes, and logistics.
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.
