Job Description: Increase capacity of content production schedule, system and methodology.
Create pipeline and schedule of content for filming, producing and uploading routinely at the desired quantity and quality.
Integrate future content lines as determined by Leadership, strategic future services, and feedback.
Finalize partnership agreement in collaboration with team for use in future expansion.
Manage project progress and deliverables as needed and determined by Leadership.
Interface with and recruit Alliances and/or Associations.
Deliver operational integration and implementation plan for service.
Work collectively with team to integrate virtual platform into member acquisition and sales strategy.
Develop plan to utilize content in various branches to enhance the member experience.
Additional deliverables to be added as directed by Leadership.
Create and execute on marketing and sales plan to meet sales objectives.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior-level management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience and proven success hiring, managing, training & developing staff.
A minimum of 5 years of experience of proven development and management of budget.
