Job Description: Part-Time Sales Associate – Luxury Retail
Premier retailer of high-end luxury brands including Waterford, Versace, Kosta Boda, Baccarat, Gorhan, and Lalique, and we are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join the sales team.
In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will create memorable shopping experiences by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention. As the welcoming face of our store, you will guide customers through their purchasing journey, showcase our luxury collections with confidence and product knowledge, and ensure every guest leaves feeling inspired and valued.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your sales expertise, gain hands-on retail experience, and work alongside a team passionate about excellence and luxury service. Individual needs to be flexible with the weekdays and with Saturday shifts. 20+ hours weekly. (Store hours are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm)
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selections, offering detailed product knowledge and answering questions about features and benefits
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, attractive, and well-maintained through effective merchandising and stocking practices
- Maintain accurate cash register operations while adhering to phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or in person
