Duties
- Prepare and review revenue recognition entries in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant regulations.
- Conduct detailed account reconciliation for revenue accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness across the general ledger.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash flow analysis to optimize liquidity.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and disclosures related to revenue activities.
- Utilize accounting software such as PeopleSoft, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar platforms for journal entries, ledger management, and reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in regulatory reporting requirements and support external audits by providing necessary documentation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis including pivot tables, formulas, and data management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for report writing and collaboration.
