Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address client inquiries while delivering exceptional customer care.
- Assist in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel, while also recognizing and satisfying carrier goals and objectives to enhance business relationships.
- Ensure accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies in accordance with client requests, processing change requests and endorsement checking, and addressing proper exposures for policy rating.
- Completing coverage reviews and gap analysis.
- Review and process all cancellation notices according to agency procedures.
- Monitor renewal premium increases for remarketing based on the agency’s strategies.
- Obtain and maintain all required documentation, including but not limited to signed applications, replacement cost estimates, rejection of coverage, and confirmation of bind orders.

- Hold current, active Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of insurance account management experience.
- Working knowledge of available personal lines coverages based on business and industry.
- Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction.
- Problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of AMS 360 software, or demonstrated skill at quickly learning new systems.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet and presentation software.
