Job Description:A very prestigious downtown opportunity to be the "FACE" to the public ~ Crucial first point of contact!! Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate person Greet incoming clients, establish the reason for visit and direct them to the proper location Provides information by answering questions and request from clients Schedule conference rooms Clean conference rooms after each use Maintain office calendar Take payments in person and over the phone Complete documentation of daily checks received Data entry Receive incoming deliveries Performs other duties as assigned Sorts and distributes the mail Notarize documents Coordinates the assembly and mailing of paperwork Monitor faxes and distribute Proof reading of materials Provides back-up running services Makes bank deposits when neededCurrent receptionist promoted so this position has potential for growth.
Job Requirements:
2 years of front desk experience with multi-line phones.
Customer service aptitude with calm and professional demeanor and ability to handle fast paced, at times stressful environment.
Strong computer software background.
Ability to multi-task and support administrative staff.
