Job Description: We are seeking a professional and organized Reception / Office Assistant to support our construction office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office , and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients and team members effectively.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for project teams and management.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing documents, and proofreading correspondence.
- Provide customer support via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Perform clerical duties including typing proposals, proofreading, and maintaining organized files.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

- Familiarity with BuilderTrend Software is preferred but not required.
