Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing phone and administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 8-5 M-Th 8-12 Friday

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Order supply and keep office stocked.
• Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks.
• Light errand running – Picking up / Dropping of mail.

Job Requirements:

• Previous reception and office experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• General knowledge of accounting such as AP and AR helpful.
• Drivers License.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
• Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality written communication.
• Customer support experience is a plus, particularly in a front desk capacity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
