Job Description: Real Estate Paralegal
Are you an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a four-year degree, and 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience (preferably a large law firm)? If so, and you want to jettison your career to the next level, this downtown LA or San Francisco office of a top-ranked global law firm wants you! You will support the global real estate practice, and primarily LA, SF, and NY attorneys. Real Estate Paralegal

Job Requirements: Requirements include an extensive background in title and survey review, preparation of escrow instructions, negotiating requirements with title companies and surveyors, drafting of basic real estate loan, acquisition, and lease-related documents, review, and preparation of lease summaries, and basic corporate/partnership/limited liability company organization/diligence experience. To succeed with this team, you will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, balancing multiple deals, and strong organizational skills.
