Job Description: Act as a company representative while negotiating supplier policies, act as a liaison with suppliers.
Oversee inventory actions related to selling, purchasing, distributing to customers.
Create PR, PO, and manage the deliveries to warehouses, allocate inventory and direct inventory to one of many warehouses.
Manage the purchases of MRO, office supplies, warehouse supplies, and other as directed.
Manage the transfer of inventory between different sites
Ensure materials and products are received on time and intact, and in the quality and at the cost agreed upon with the supplier.
Take steps to make sure inventory always remains well-stocked in order to successfully fulfill customer orders and maximize investments.
Look for opportunities to reduce cost (without compromising on quality) and improve business model to provide better services and products to our clients.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics management or business.
At least three years of experience in inventory, supply chain planning, or purchasing.
Strong and proven communication, negotiation and contract skills.
Familiar with ERP systems.
APICS certification ideal.
