Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing teams on various sites, ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety regulations.
- Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to plan and execute plumbing tasks within project timelines.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately.
- Manage procurement of materials and tools necessary for plumbing operations, including hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding supplies.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
- Estimate construction costs related to plumbing work through accurate construction estimating techniques.
- Train and mentor junior staff or field service technicians on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other integrated building systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout all phases of work.

- Knowledge of plumbing estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and general maintenance tools.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, remodeling projects, carpentry skills, heavy lifting capabilities, and field service operations.
- Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams on construction sites.
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site transportation needs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
