Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Director. The IT Director is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and systems, while providing technical support to staff and implementing technology solutions that align with business goals.
Duties:
- Manage a manufacturing execution system (JobBoss).
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems
- Lead cybersecurity activities. Ensure data security through backups, firewalls, and antivirus measures. Develop additional security policies and operationalize completed policies.
- Complete Security audits for internal and external clients. Update or develop new policies as required.
- Design effectiveness improvements via policies, standards, and procedures.
- Increase the depth of security effectiveness and maturity of the security systems.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system logs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- 5+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing operations environment, in an IT service management role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cloud platforms (IT infrastructure components including LAN, firewalls, and server management).
- Familiarity with SQL programming or other programming is a plus.
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with NIST requirements and documentation standards is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs.
