Job Description:
- Anticipates business needs and develops analytical data to support decision making
- Use financial modeling and accounting knowledge to help determine the most effective and efficient uses of available funding
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes and provide data and recommendations necessary to make well informed decisions
- Monitor external conditions, trends, and risks that impact the company’s financial health
- Financial reporting to support financial requirements
- Oversee completion of annual audit and tax returns by CPA’s
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in finance management or related role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance management
- Proficient in Excel and financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- CPA certification is strongly preferred
