- Drafting litigation-related documents
- Assisting with case and file management
- Organizing and electronically filing documents
- Assisting with document review and analysis
- Helping prepare for deposition and trial

- 2+ years of litigation experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter
- 2+ years of litigation experience (required)
