Job Description:
Creating client folders in system
Adding contacts into database
Compiling, preparing, and mailing Welcome Packets
Mailing document drafts
Follow-up calls and e-mails to leads
Follow-up calls, e-mails, and mailings to clients with outstanding matters
Scheduling telephone and in-person meetings
Ordering and maintaining office supplies, including refreshments
Printing and preparing binders for meetings
Printing and preparing files for court appearances
Follow-up contact with vendors to verify proper filing and service process
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Practice Panther, Hot Docs/Wealth Counsel, Lexus etc.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Self-motivated w/ability to see a project to completion.
Ability to draft various forms of trusts and estate planning docs
Correspondence to clients, prepare pleadings and other documents.
