Job Description: Boutique intellectual property law firm in Silicon Valley is looking for a skilled and proactive Office Manager, with law firm experience. Will be an integral part of the team and support the partnership in all aspects of the daily operation. Seek candidate interested in a career with professional development and long-term growth potential. Full time (35 hours per week), Monday through Friday, on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Human resources including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Office operations, including serving as landlord liaison, maintaining office supplies, and planning firm events.
- Assisting with client engagement.
- Occasional general office/reception duties – answering phones, distributing mail and deliveries, greeting visitors, preparing outgoing mail, etc.

- Strong Human Resources background.
- Flexibility in terms of willingness to help with general office operations and some event planning.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word (ideally also Excel and PowerPoint).
- Self-starter who takes pride of ownership in projects and is willing to learn from others.
- Reliability in being in office on time and consistently during scheduled hours.
