Job Description: Quality control testing of finished raw materials, liquids and other products.
Set up laboratory equipment ensuring proper calibration for sample testing.
Collect, test, and analyze samples and properly document the results.
Prepare chemical solutions for use in processing materials following both standardized
formulas and experimental
procedures.
Job Requirements: Chemistry/ laboratory experience beyond high school level and/or experience in a
mechanical and/or technical
maintenance field.
Any industrial laboratory experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED is required.
An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
preferred.
Skills & Characteristics.
Must be able to collect and research data, identify and solve problems accurately within a work environment that often
has pressing deadlines.
Written and oral communication skills in English must be clear and numerical data must be concise.
As part of the Quality Control Group, the right candidate is expected to work effectively independently as well as
part of the team.
Must be motivated, dependable and able to complete tasks on time. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
required.
