Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment and employee development. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR practices, talent management, and process improvement.
Duties:
• Lead strategic efforts in implementing HR strategies and help drive organization and cultural development.
• Be responsible for all job descriptions, hiring, and onboarding.
• Process background checks and review drug screen results.
• Design, deploy and continuously improve policies and processes to support business and local legal requirements.
• Manages the process of compliance and reporting of payroll.
• Advise and counsel supervisors and managers with personnel practices, policies and employment laws.
• Maintains and improves the employee handbook.
• Coordinate probationary and annual reviews.
• Manage employee relations and conduct investigations.
• Reconcile payroll before it is released,
• Reconcile insurance and benefit billings monthly.
• Respond to unemployment claims and represent the company at unemployment hearings.

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in all functional areas of human resources. (i.e. staffing, payroll, compensation, benefits, EEO, labor law, etc.)
• Leadership background as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Programs.
• SPHR/PHR certification or SHRM certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
