Job Description: Wichita-based premier instrument, avionics, and aircraft power solutions provider is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative support in the entire employee lifecycle administration, serving customers from all over the world – from general, business and commercial aviation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees in various HR related areas such as leaves, benefits, payroll, performance.
- Resolve any issue that may arise.
- Assist in benefits administration.
- Administer and process bi-weekly payroll for two locations.
- Manage time and attendance to ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits open enrollment, employee recognition events and other celebrations.
- Maintain organized electronic employee files and HR documents.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of HR-related legislation, best practices, processes, programs, and technology.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- You are organized, focused, results oriented with strong conflict resolution skills.
- Problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
- Solid employee relations skills, strong customer focus in an inclusive and diverse workforce.
Preferred but not requires:
- Experience with ADP HRIS system.
- Hold SHRM-CP/PHR certification.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
