Job Description:
Reports to C-Level executives. Handle operations, brokers, agents and office staff.
Run with commercial portfolios of property.
Assist brokerage team in closing deals.
Market properties.
Attend board meetings.
Attend BOMA.
Leasing of available vacant spaces in the Wichita, KS market.
Deal with leases for Wichita region properties including financial and operating details to management.
Lead investor communications.
Ensure staff collaboration on all projects.
Be involved in the business community to market properties relationships.
Wichita Operations supervisor managing all office related functions of this successful company.
Supervises, manages and mentors sales agents for the Wichita region in accordance with company standards and policies and the regulations of the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Commercial property management and brokerage management background REQUIRED.
Strong leadership ability and knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
Sales experience in commercial properties REQUIRED.
Must be a first string player.
Strong communications skills and deal closer.
Portfolio management experience.
Project management experience. Strong marketing skills.
Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
Commercial Brokerage license for Kansas and Missouri is highly encouraged.
Professional in presentation and communication and be extremely street smart.
