Key Responsibilities
- Support field sales representatives with day-to-day account and territory activities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and office staff
- Helping with doctor office visits
- Assist with product education, follow-ups, and communication with referral partners
- Help identify new business opportunities within the assigned market
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and partner satisfaction
- Maintain accurate activity notes and reporting in company systems
