Job Description: Leading international law firm handling is seeking a Docketing & Court Services Clerk. California residency and at least 2 years of docketing or similar litigation calendaring experience at mid to large California law firm required. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage high-volume workloads. This opportunity offers a remote work schedule. Pacific time zone hours required, and top benefits package, with responsibilities that will include:
Responsibilities:
- Docket and calendar dates in database
- Provide support for CA state and federal ECF, othe pleadings and court papers filings, and case record file access and administration.
- Reviewing all incoming mail and ensuring all dates are being calendared
- Supplying attorneys and paralegals with docketing/calendaring reports as requested

- 2+ years’ experience in docketing
- Hands-on experience with the Court Alert system preferred.
- Working knowledge of CA and Federal court rules, including local rules of the various courts in CA preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Prior experience as a paralegal a plus.
