Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, order processing, or as an order entry clerk.
Additional experience as an order entry specialist will also be considered.
This position interacts directly with customers and sales consultants to address inquiries and facilitate order entry.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience.
