Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA). This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a solid understanding of payroll processes, double entry bookkeeping, accounts payable, and sales accounting. The CPA will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations while providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

- Prepare, supervise and review corporate, partnership, trust, not-profit and individual tax returns.
- Supervise and review financial statement preparation.
- Supervise and review bookkeeping services.
- Supervise and review payroll services.
- Provide training to staff in tax functions.
- Tax planning for various business entities and individuals.
- Conduct tax research for complex tax matters and client transactions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or significant amount of experience preparing individual and business tax returns.
- At least 5 years’ experience in corporate, partnership, trust, not-for-profit and individual tax preparation.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with various tax and accounting software – UltraTax (Thomson Reuters CS Suite), Checkpoint, QuickBooks a plus.
- Solid analytical, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks independently under pressure.
- Conscientious and able to work with confidential information.
Salary negotiable and commensurate with experience
