Job Description: Seattle office of global law firm seeks corporate paralegal to provide legal support with general corporate maintenance and complex transactions for both private and public company clients. Hybrid – 3 days in-office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate records and assist with compiling information and documents
- Prepare legal opinions and assemble opinion back-up
- Prepare corporate and securities filings and conduct related research
- Prepare stock certificates, maintain capitalization tables, and option records
- Coordinate closings and prepare related documents
- Obtain and file documents with public agencies
- All other duties as assigned or required

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of general corporate law firm paralegal experience
- Willingness and flexibility to work overtime, occasionally on short notice
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
- Familiarity with Carta, Shareworks, or similar Web based equity tracking system
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $80K – $90K dependent on applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
