Job Description:
Oversight / Supervise all accounting functions ie; Payroll, Benefits, A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Banking and Financials.
Participate in the development and support of Operations strategic planning.
Monitor the financial performance of Operations.
Compile and analyze financial reports, prepare monthly and annual reports that reflect budgeting needs, operating cost and accounting metrics.
Perform budget variance analysis and financial review for management team and departments.
Establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Assist with financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accurate financial statement preparation, compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and safekeeping of company assets.
Develop / manage financial controls in accordance with procedures, communicate financial metrics to Management.
Job Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Accounting.Previous Controller level experience with supervisory background.Very proficient QuickBooks experience.Ability to oversee all accounting and financial management.
