Duties
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including revenue recognition, expense management, and reconciliations.
- Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Manage cash flow and cash management processes to optimize liquidity.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
- Utilize accounting software.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting for all related activities.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERPs is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
