Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with CPA certification (Preferred) to lead our financial operations. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting sustainable growth. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of franchise accounting and finance, accounting principles, and strategic planning to drive financial health and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee all aspects of franchise accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Manage risk analysis and risk management initiatives to safeguard organizational assets.
- Lead treasury management activities including cash flow optimization, expense management, and cost control measures.
- Supervise financial reporting processes such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and regulatory reports.
- Oversee revenue management cycles including revenue recognition and revenue cycle management.
- Manage tax accounting practices in accordance with applicable laws; oversee audit processes and internal controls.
- Lead business development initiatives by providing financial insights for strategic decision-making and market analysis.
- Supervise finance teams responsible for payroll management, cost accounting, and technical accounting functions.

- Previous CFO experience. CPA preferred but not required.
- Franchise background a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP; strong technical accounting expertise.

- Expertise in risk analysis, risk management strategies, regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising finance teams; excellent management capabilities in strategic planning and business analysis.
