Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving growth through strategic planning and effective leadership. This position oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities.

Duties

  • Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead the finance team in managing cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and corporate governance.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Analyzes, consolidates and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.
  • Record miscellaneous and monthly entries, reconcile bank statement, close month and year end and control all accounting and weekly payroll.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department through effective leadership and mentorship.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance principles, financial management practices, and public accounting standards.
  • Proficient in using financial software for analysis, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in strategic planning with a focus on long-term business growth.
