Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls and compliance with policies.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions and ensure adherence to GAAP standards.
- Manage regulatory reporting processes and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Implement fraud prevention and detection measures within banking operations.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain compliance management systems.
- Utilize financial software for reporting, analysis, and data management.
- Stay updated on securities law, TILA regulations, and fair housing regulations as they pertain to banking practices.
- Provide training and support on technical accounting issues as needed.
