Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk Temporary for 3+ months. This positions primarily task will be invoicing and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks with high accuracy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, correspondence, and records.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to include typing, copying, scanning, and mailing documents.
  • Provide customer support via phone or email, maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication skills.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and administrative support.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills.
  • Experience with bookkeeping is helpful.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry.
  • Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.

This is a 3+ months temporary.
