Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk Temporary for 3+ months. This positions primarily task will be invoicing and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, correspondence, and records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to include typing, copying, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Provide customer support via phone or email, maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
