Job Description:
Assist with A/R an A/P
Maintain and update general ledger
Daily reconciliation of sales from the various points of sale
Request and process W-9 forms from new vendors
Assist in payroll as needed
Other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager
Job Requirements:
2+ years accounting / bookkeeping experience (accounts payable preffered)
Experience using MS Office Suite and Excel
Excellent 10-key and typing skills
Strong relationship - building and customer service skills
Excellent organization, attention to details, and communication skills
