Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Account Executive. The Commercial Lines Account Executive is responsible for maintaining their own book of business, along with managing a small team comprised of commercial lines account managers and commercial lines processors.
Duties:
- Prepare new and existing commercial lines submissions, remarketing coverage as needed.
- Participate in developing carrier marketing strategies, to include cultivating and maintaining good relationships with various insurance carrier representatives.
- Input policy information, updates, and client billing info into program software.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and answer customer questions.
- Process and review new policies.
- Conduct risk reviews to ensure the adequacy of client coverage.
- Oversee commercial lines team members to ensure work is getting done accurately and as efficiently as possible.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Kansas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience in commercial insurance.
- Prior leadership experience, and the ability to efficiently manage a small team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial lines coverages and rating platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to stay organized.
