Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and rental growth through direct engagement with clients, managing relationships, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in direct sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Establishing new rental sales accounts through cold calling, marketing efforts, and promoting company rental equipment.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Rental / Sales experience with industrial air compressors, dryers, and air pipes highly preferred.
  • Prior experience with Plant Managers
  • Works effectively with coworkers and an ability to work with all levels of the region and organization
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Can quickly adjust to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Previous Background as Sales/Rental coordinator and/or Sales/Rental Representative preferred.
