Summary:

San Francisco office of our client seeks personal injury attorney lawyer with experience. The candidate will be developing case strategy and tactics to effectively represent clients. Will be communicating consistently with clients. Managing all aspects of a client’s file. Working closely with partners.

Job Description:

Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury cases

  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases
  • Prepare for Trial and try cases
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law ​

Job Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in litigating personal injury cases (preferable with plaintiff experience but open to looking at associates’ resumes with defense background as well)
  • Admission in Good Standing to the California State Bar
  • A successful candidate would already have executed in civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on personal injury law on the plaintiff side.
  • The ideal candidate is an attorney with excellent writing and negotiation skills. The position will involve negotiation, discovery, and courtroom exposure.
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys to reach a positive resolution for clients.
  • Prepares cases for litigation by filing lawsuits; evaluating cases; completing depositions, discovery, and motion practice, and must have significant trial experience.
