Job Description:
Ensures that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Quality control walk throughs
Communicate from project completion through the warranty period
Scheduling and timely completion of warranty claim repairs
Throughout warranty period. document claims and manage the subcontractors responsiveness and results
Job Requirements:
Residential construction experience with warranty experience preferred
Knowledge of water instruction and water proofing systems a plus
Valid drivers license with current insurance
Attention to detail with exceptional communications skills
Strong MS Office experience/skills important
