Job Description:Our client, one of the most successful plaintiff's firms in California, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of significant personal injury experience. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate. The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Spanish speaking a plus. Immediate start. [Local Bay Area candidates only] This employee’s primary duty is preparing responses to all discovery for attorney review and approval. This includes obtaining and organizing documents/information from clients and third parties as well as being familiar with the entire file. Secondary duties include miscellaneous attorney support.
Job Requirements:Candidates must have the necessary experience to immediately work with in cases of moderate severity and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and possess strong technical proficiency, organizational, and analytical skills.
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school
Paralegal certificate
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
Team-oriented; must be capable of working in a collaborative environment
Self-motivated and able to operate independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
