Responsibilities
- Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other building systems.
- The role may also involve landscaping, safety compliance, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maintain optimal facility performance.
- Equipment Maintenance – Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and systems. Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, including faulty wiring, motors, or control systems.
- Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, filters, belts, or sensors.
- Repair HVAC, plumbing, or structural elements as needed.
- Safety Compliance – Follow and enforce all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain safety equipment and ensure emergency systems (fire extinguishers, alarms) are functional.
- Report hazardous conditions or equipment issues to supervisors.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in general maintenance or specific trades (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing).
- Perform all tasks safely and according to established procedures.
- Lift and carry 50 lbs. or more as needed.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and work at heights.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
- Use tools and perform tasks in awkward positions as required.
