Job Description:

Local Insurance Agency seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CSR / Loyalty Specialist in the insurance industry. This role involves engaging with clients to enhance their loyalty experience, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring you to obtain and maintain a KS P&C license within 90 days of employment. Resources and training are provided, as well as reimbursement for the test itself upon passing. As well as eventually a life license, required after one year of employment. Possible hybrid and could lead to commissionable sales position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries related to their insurance policies and loyalty programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client records through data entry and update information in the CRM system.
  • Assist clients with policy details, billing questions, and loyalty program benefits.
  • Promote additional products or services that align with client needs to enhance customer retention.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable.
  • Follow company protocols, including phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
  • Document interactions thoroughly to ensure quality assurance and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

Job Requirements:
  • Kansas P&C license within 90 days of employment. Resources and training are provided, as well as reimbursement for the test itself upon passing.
  • Life license, required after a year of employment.
  • Customer support experience, preferably with insurance agency or previous experience in a client services role.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for client engagement and upselling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret client data and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
  • Typing speed and efficiency for quick data entry during calls or interactions.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English required; additional languages are advantageous).

Starting at $16 – $17 an hour with an immediate raise when licensing is acquired.
