Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the financial strategy of our organization. Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage revenue cycle operations to optimize cash flow and enhance profitability.
- Lead the preparation of regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement effective expense management practices to control costs and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the Finance staff, operational accounting functions, including payroll, and setting performance measures and priorities for the staff.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage the information technology and maintenance department. Seek continual enhancements to cybersecurity and opportunities to utilize technology.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning initiatives across the organization.

- Experience in payroll management systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Work history to include working with consultative bodies, investing, financial reporting, insurance, and property management. Requires ability to manage through several high priorities at one time. This is generally a 50 hour a week role, especially the first year.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
