Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to improve financial operations. This role requires a strong background in public accounting and technical accounting principles, along with the ability to analyze complex financial data effectively. Some minimal travel required.
Duties
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Review and analyze financial statements for compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans that address identified risks.
- Prepare detailed reports of audit findings, including recommendations for improvement.
- Work with variety of clients in several industries and collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide tailored solutions to enhance financial performance.
- Help build, develop and manage positive client relationships.
- Stay updated on changes in governmental accounting standards and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

- 3+ years of audit experience.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting software applications.
- Experience with Non Profits and Employee Benefit Plans a plus!
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA certification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly.
