Job Description: As a Receiving Inspector, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming deliveries of manufactured parts to ensure quality and order accuracy in accordance with established procedures. You will collaborate with onsite managers to identify issues and follow up with corrective actions as needed. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy with a detail-focused approach.
Duties:
- Inspect incoming manufactured parts to determine conformance with specifications and released drawings with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform critical dimensional measurements using standard mechanical and electrical instruments and functional gauges.
- Interpret and read drawings and other types of specifications.
- Validate the certificate of conformance, process tags, rework or non-conforming tags, or other associated documentation.
- Actively participate in Material Review Meetings with managers for non-conforming parts disposition.
- Record and maintain inspection records per Quality Management System requirements.
- Assist Shipping/Receiving during high volume periods.
- Some lifting and loading of products up to 50 lbs.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
- You have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
