Job Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operational framework of the organization, ensuring all departments execute company policies effectively. This position works closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and expansion. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities, foster cross-department collaboration, and ensure alignment with company goals. A willingness to travel and assist with opening new locations is essential.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure accountability across all areas of the organization.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement strategies that support company growth and operational goals.
  • Oversee the rollout of company-wide initiatives and ensure successful adoption.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO on operational progress.

Leadership and Development:

  • Provide leadership and direction to department heads, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
  • Offer training and coaching to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organization.

Expansion Support:

  • Travel as needed to support the opening and setup of new locations.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding teams for new locations.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures for new operations to ensure consistency.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all company operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Address operational risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational leadership, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of organizational policies, compliance, and operational workflows.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support business operations and expansion.
