Job Description: A leading law firm in the technology sector is seeking a Director of Legal Training and Development who will manage a team and oversee attorney training and development, curriculum and programs, continuing legal education, career development and counseling.
LTD candidates must have experience with CLE management, curriculum development and design, process improvement, managing teams and performance reviews. This role will have 4-5 direct reports which includes an LTD Manager who supports the litigation practice.
This position can be based in Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Santa Monica. Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days onsite. Salary range is $172,000 – $233,500. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is based on an array of factors, including geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Job Requirements: Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal Personnel, Training, and Recruiting, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a law firm setting. Former experience in big law as an associate, particularly as a corporate associate would be relevant for this position. Juris Doctorate required. Big Law experience strongly preferred.
